Opinion Any prosecutor or district attorney that pleas a deal that is inconsistent with the will of the people, or doesn't pursue charges against someone that should be charged, should be held accountable for the injustice they have caused. The injustice may very well leave the public in danger. Likewise, any improper pursuit of justice that causes the wrong person to pay the price, due to knowingly suppressing evidence or carelessly failing to discover reasonable leads, should also be held accountable for the negligence. Having someone locked up just because a D.A. is concerned about their record is criminal. Fedup — 2016-07-20 15:42:08 Criminal System disagree agree 1163110698 Add a comment
